Ground rules first,

1. General

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products and services from Shenzhen NewTipe Technology Co., Ltd. By browsing or ordering you accept them.

2. Product information

We describe specifications, materials and colours as accurately as we can, but screens and small-batch processes mean reasonable differences between images and the delivered item, particularly for handmade and custom products. The order confirmation and accompanying documents prevail.

3. Orders and contract formation

• Prices and stock shown on the site are an invitation to treat; your enquiry or order is the offer;
• The contract forms when we send an order confirmation with payment instructions;
• Custom products enter production only after both sides approve the geometry and the sample.

4. Prices, taxes and shipping

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, insurance, import duties and local taxes. For international orders, duties and clearance costs are payable by the recipient under the destination country's rules. The currency on the order confirmation applies.

5. Delivery and risk

Lead times are set out in the order confirmation; custom builds may run longer because of sampling and testing. Risk passes on handover to the carrier. If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph it on receipt and contact us so we can support the claim.

6. Intellectual property

Text, images, product designs, structural solutions and trademarks on this site belong to NewTipe or their respective owners. Copying, counterfeiting, reverse engineering or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Use and safety

Aero bars and other equipment must be installed by a qualified mechanic following the installation guide and specified torque values. Damage from incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or use outside the intended purpose is not covered by warranty.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Liability for any single order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order.

9. Force majeure

We are not in breach where delay or failure results from natural disasters, epidemics, regulatory controls or supply-chain disruption; we will inform you promptly and agree an alternative.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they fall to the competent court at our registered address in Shenzhen.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the revised version takes effect on publication. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
