Full Custom
It starts with your body data, not with a stock size
N1 is NewTipe's full-custom aero bar. The process begins with a 3D scan of the forearms and part of the torso: we capture the rider's real geometry, talk through requirements, issue a custom proposal, then print a first sample and test it on the trainer to collect feedback before adjusting again.
Only once the geometry converges do we move to production. The body is printed in one piece of titanium, aerodynamically optimised around the actual arm shape. Two forms are offered: Aero for maximum drag reduction and a stable hold, Fether for more comfort, less weight and more safety. Colours: raw Ti, Starry Black, Matte Black.
The bar has been validated in wind-tunnel testing, CFD simulation of arms and head, and real races — Asian Games, Olympic Games, World Championships and the University World Cup.

For non-user-caused defects: replacement within the warranty period, preferential pricing afterwards. Surface mottling or wear is repaired free of charge within the warranty period, charged on demand afterwards.

Aero
Close to the aerodynamic limit, with a more stable hold. High forearm contact — for riders focused on time trials and triathlon, where the upper body has to stay still for long stretches.
Fether
More comfortable, lighter and safer. For rough roads and riders who change hand positions often, and for anyone using a one-piece aero bar for the first time.
Three colours: raw Ti keeps the natural titanium finish; Starry Black and Matte Black use different surface treatments, each with its own reflectivity and feel.
Forms shown here are model references; the delivered part is final. Form and colour are settled together when the proposal is confirmed.
