What to include in an enquiry
With these details a quote usually takes one round instead of five.
- Bike model and year — for example GIANT Trinity 2025, SCOTT Plasma Tri, Specialized Shiv TT 2019.
- Size or body data — height, arm length, shoulder width; full custom requires 3D scan data of forearms and part of the torso.
- Form and colour — Aero / Fether; Raw Ti / Starry Black / Matte Black. C1 is raw carbon, custom paint on request.
- Shifting and computer — Shimano Di2 9160/9150, SRAM Blips or original buttons; Garmin / Wahoo.
- Quantity and destination — for international orders, the receiving country and any invoice or customs documents required.
- Target delivery date — custom builds include sampling and testing; please allow for it.
